Ashley Fischer was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in 2020 and focuses her practice on the defense of worker’s compensation claims.  In 2008, Ashley earned a bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from San Francisco State University. There, she was an organizer of the SF State Human Rights Summit and graduated Cum Laude. In 2015 she earned a Master of Arts in English from California State University. She was a member of Alpha Chi, Sigma Tau Delta, and the English club. Ashley was also a speaker and presenter at the CSUB Gender Matters Conference. In 2018, Ashley earned her Juris Doctor from University of Nebraska College of Law. There, Ashley was president of the International Law Students Association, a finalist for the International Mediation Tournament, and a student representative for the Faculty Appointments Committee. She also was a participant for the Allen Moot Court Competition and the Grether Moot Court Competition.
