Benjamin Birtch was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in 2018 and focuses his practice on the defense of worker’s compensation claims. In 2013, Benjamin earned a Bachelor of the Arts in Philosophy from Colorado College, with a minor in Asian Studies. There, he was a member of Volunteer Action, the Student Organization for Sexual Safety and he studied abroad in China. In 2018, Benjamin earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School, with certificates in both Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Benjamin served as the President of the Client Skills Board and was active in Moot Court. He also earned the CALI Award for highest grade in his Interviewing and Counseling course.
