Patrick represents employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters. Patrick has extensive experience defending workers’ compensation claim in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Iowa including appeals. Patrick is the Committee Chair of the workers’ compensation practice group for Nebraska and Iowa at Hennessy & Roach P.C.
Patrick received his law degree from the Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska. While at Creighton, Patrick clerked for the Executive Office for Immigration Review for the Immigration Judges James Fujimoto, Jack Anderson, and Daniel Morris. Patrick served as the president of Creighton’s Business Law Society.
Patrick received his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. While at Washburn, Patrick served as the president of both the Pre-Law Association and Pi Sigma Alpha. He was also a member of Washburn’s football team.
Patrick was selected to Super Lawyers’ “Rising Star” list in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Only 2.5% of lawyers in each jurisdiction are selected to the list.
