Emilie A. Miller began her legal career at H&R in 2004. In 2018, she became the the managing partner of H&R's Springfield office. Emilie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University and a Juris Doctor from SIU School of Law, graduating in the top 10% of her class. She also served as an editor of the SIU Law Journal and was selected as a Who's Who Among American Law Students. Emilie is admitted to the Illinois Bar. She focuses 100% of her practice defending employers and carriers in workers' compensation litigation. Emilie, a Central Illinois native, resides in Taylorville, Illinois, with her husband and two daughters.
