Rachel L. Hervey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science Prelaw from Michigan State University in 2019. She was a member of the Women in Law campus organization and participated in a Study Away program where she interned in Washington, D.C. for a semester. Rachel earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2022. She was a member of the Celtic Law Association and worked as a Student Attorney in the UIC School of Law Veterans Legal Clinic. Rachel worked as a General Liability Law Clerk at Hennessy & Roach, P.C. for two years before becoming an Associate Attorney. She is admitted to the Illinois Bar and practices general liability, construction, and auto defense.
