Rick Day began his legal career at Hennessy & Roach in November 2020. He began the firm’s expansion outside of Chicago by starting the St. Louis office and is a shareholder in the Firm. Rick earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Quincy University, where he also played on two NAIA National Championship Soccer teams. He then earned his Juris Doctor degree from Nova University Shepard Broad Law Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Rick’s a member of the Florida, Missouri and Illinois Bar Associations, and has spent his career defending employers and insurance carriers/third party administrators in workers’ compensation litigation and general liability litigation. In addition to handling his cases, Rick also frequently presents seminars on a multitude of topics for claim representatives and employers.
