Tariq Khan began his legal career at H&R in 2022 and is an associate attorney in the Indianapolis office. Tariq earned a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in French Language and Literature from Northern Illinois University in De Kalb, Illinois. He earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law. Tariq previously served as an administrative law judge with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. He is a member of the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Institute. Tariq is admitted to the Indiana bar. He focuses 100% of his practice defending employers and carriers in worker’s compensation litigation.
